1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
1.1 Ticket Validity
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated
- Tickets are valid only for the date(s) specified on the ticket
- Entry is subject to availability and venue capacity limits
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event at our sole discretion
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced
1.2 Age Requirements
- Age requirements vary by event and will be clearly stated on the event page
- Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry and must match the ticket holder's name
- Anyone unable to provide proper identification may be denied entry without refund
1.3 Entry & Security
- All persons and belongings are subject to search upon entry and at any time during the event
- We reserve the right to use metal detectors, bag searches, and other security measures
- Refusal to submit to search will result in denial of entry without refund
- Re-entry policies may apply; check event information for details
2. Prohibited Items & Conduct
2.1 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited and will result in confiscation and possible removal from the event:
- Weapons (real, fake, or decorative including pocket knives or any weapon-like items)
- Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or unauthorized prescription medications
- Outside food and beverages (unless otherwise specified)
- Glass containers or bottles
- Professional recording equipment (cameras with detachable lenses, audio recording devices)
- Laser pointers
- Large bags or backpacks (size restrictions apply)
- Chairs or blankets larger than specified dimensions
- Fireworks, flares, or explosives
- Animals (except certified service animals)
- Unauthorized vendor merchandise
- Chains, studded jewelry, or spiked accessories
- Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by security staff
2.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Fighting, aggressive behavior, or harassment of any kind
- Illegal drug use or possession
- Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct
- Moshing, crowd surfing, or other dangerous activities
- Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind
- Unauthorized vending or solicitation
- Obstruction of walkways, exits, or emergency access points
3. Health & Safety
3.1 Assumption of Risk
By attending the event, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to:
- Risk of injury from crowd activities, weather conditions, or venue hazards
- Exposure to loud music and sound levels that may cause hearing damage
- Exposure to strobe lights, lasers, and visual effects
- Risk of illness or communicable diseases
- Risk of loss or theft of personal property
- Physical and mental health risks associated with large gatherings
3.2 Medical Attention
- Medical staff will be available at the event
- In case of emergency, notify event staff or security immediately
- We are not responsible for medical expenses incurred during the event
- Please inform staff of any medical conditions or allergies that may require attention
3.3 Weather & Environmental Conditions
- The event is primarily an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine
- Severe weather may cause delays, evacuations, or cancellation
- We are not responsible for weather-related inconveniences
- Attendees should prepare for varying weather conditions
4. Cancellation, Postponement & Refunds
4.1 Event Changes
- We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, lineup, or venue at any time
- Lineup changes, including artist cancellations or substitutions, do not constitute grounds for refunds
- The event may be postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of significant changes via email and social media
4.2 Refund Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation
- If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser
- Refund processing may take 30-60 days from the cancellation date
- We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other expenses related to event attendance
4.3 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, terrorism, war, or venue unavailability.
5. Recording & Media
5.1 Photography & Video
- Personal, non-professional cameras and smartphones are permitted for personal use only
- Professional cameras, video equipment, and GoPros are prohibited without prior authorization
- Recording or streaming the event for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited
- Flash photography may be prohibited during performances
5.2 Use of Your Image
By attending the event, you grant Sacred Hive LLC permission to use photographs, videos, and recordings taken at the event that may include your image or likeness. This includes use on social media, websites, advertising, and other media.
6. Intellectual Property
All event content, including but not limited to logos, branding, music performances, stage designs, and promotional materials, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any event content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Liability & Indemnification
7.1 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SACRED HIVE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SPONSORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
- Your attendance at the event
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
- Personal injury, illness, or death
- Event cancellation, postponement, or changes
- Any errors or omissions in event information or materials
7.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sacred Hive LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your attendance at the event, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of any laws or rights of third parties.
8. Code of Conduct
Sacred Hive is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees. We have zero tolerance for:
- Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind
- Sexual harassment or unwanted physical contact
- Threatening or violent behavior
- Disrespect toward staff, performers, or other attendees
We expect all attendees to treat each other with respect and kindness. Anyone found violating this code of conduct will be removed from the event without refund and may be banned from future events.
9. Accessibility
We strive to make Sacred Hive events accessible to all attendees. Accessibility accommodations are available for attendees with disabilities. Please contact us in advance at info@sacredhiveofficial.com to arrange accommodations or request information about accessible facilities and services.
10. Lost & Found
A Lost & Found will be available at the event information booth. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Found items will be held for a limited time and may be discarded or donated after the event concludes. Contact us after the event to inquire about lost items.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your attendance at our events shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
