Short (44 words) Sacred Hive is an independent bass music promoter based in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded in 2017, it produces club nights, warehouse shows and festivals across the Southeast, including Sound Haven and Eternal NYE, and runs the Hive Vibes harm reduction crew at every event. Long (108 words) Sacred Hive is an independent bass music promoter based in Nashville, Tennessee, founded in 2017 by Jered Ardry. The company produces club nights, warehouse shows and festivals across Nashville and the Southeast, booking its own rooms, sound and lineups rather than working as a buyer for others. Its properties include Sound Haven, an annual outdoor bass music festival; Eternal NYE, a two-night New Year's run at the Orlando Amphitheater produced with Primal; and Dubaween, a Nashville Halloween costume party held on the night itself each year. Sacred Hive books Funktion One and HSD Sound systems as standard, and staffs every event with its Hive Vibes harm reduction crew. PROPERTIES ---------- Sound Haven Annual outdoor bass music festival. soundhavenfestival.com Eternal NYE Two nights over New Year's at the Orlando Amphitheater, produced with Primal. Dubaween Nashville Halloween costume party, on the night itself, every year. dubaween.com Hive Vibes The harm reduction crew that works every Sacred Hive event. LOGO — what to use ------------------ Stacked lockup (mark over wordmark) — the primary logo. Use it wherever there is room. Honeycomb mark (icon only) — avatars, favicons, stamps, merch, anywhere the name appears elsewhere. Wordmark (type only) — tight horizontal spaces, footers, sponsor rows. Colour versions: white, black, and Hive Purple (#A06BFF). Use white on dark. Use black on light. Purple is for accents, never for the primary logo on a press page or a sponsor row. Files logo/svg/ Vector. Use these for print and anything above ~600px. *-currentcolor.svg inherits the CSS `color` of its container, which is the easiest way to drop the logo into a web page. logo/png/ Transparent PNG at 512 / 1024 / 2048 px wide (600 / 1200 / 2400 for the wordmark). vector/ The Illustrator master: .ai, .eps, .pdf and the raw Illustrator .svg export. All three lockups sit on one artboard. For designers and printers. LOGO — rules ------------ Clear space Keep clear space on all sides equal to the height of one hexagon cell in the mark. Nothing — type, edges, other logos — inside that. Minimum size Mark: 24 px / 0.25 in wide Wordmark: 120 px / 1.25 in wide Lockup: 90 px / 1 in wide Backgrounds White logo on the Void black or on a photograph dark enough to hold it. Black logo on Bone or on white. If a photo is busy, put the logo on a solid panel rather than fighting it. Do not - recolour the logo outside white, black and Hive Purple - add a drop shadow, glow, bevel, outline or gradient - stretch, squash, rotate or skew it - rebuild the wordmark by typing "Sacred Hive" in a font — the wordmark is drawn artwork; always use the supplied files - separate the mark and the wordmark within a lockup, or change the space between them - place the white logo on a light background, or the black on a dark one - put the logo inside a box or badge that is not in this kit COLOUR ------ HEX RGB CMYK Hive Purple #A06BFF 160, 107, 255 37, 58, 0, 0 Deep Violet #7B2CBF 123, 44, 191 36, 77, 0, 25 Void #0A0A0C 10, 10, 12 17, 17, 0, 95 Panel #131316 19, 19, 22 14, 14, 0, 91 Panel Light #1C1C21 28, 28, 33 15, 15, 0, 87 Bone #F3F3F5 243, 243, 245 1, 1, 0, 4 Ash #B4B4BD 180, 180, 189 5, 5, 0, 26 Slate #7C7C88 124, 124, 136 9, 9, 0, 47 Void is the background. The brand is dark first — a Sacred Hive page, flyer or ad starts black and stays black. Bone is the text and the white logo. It is not pure white on purpose. Hive Purple is the single accent: links, active states, small labels, one highlight per layout. It is not a fill colour for large areas. Deep Violet only appears underneath Hive Purple in gradients and in pressed states. Ash and Slate are secondary and tertiary text. Do not use them for anything a reader has to work at. CMYK values are straight conversions. For anything printed at scale, ask us and we will match on press. TYPE ---- Archivo Headings, body, UI. Variable, weight 400-900, width 100-125.
